How do I place an order?
Simply browse our full range, add items to your cart, and check out. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order — buy as much or as little as you like. However, orders over €60 qualify for free delivery across Ireland.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We dispatch orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot make changes.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 1–2 days in Dublin/Leinster and 2–3 days for the rest of Ireland. See our Delivery Information page for full details.
Do you deliver outside Ireland?
Currently we only deliver within the Republic of Ireland. We're working on expanding our delivery options — get in touch if you'd like to be notified when we ship internationally.
Products
Are your sweets suitable for vegetarians?
Many of our sweets are vegetarian-friendly, but not all. Most jelly sweets contain gelatine (animal-derived). Check individual product pages for ingredient information — we list ingredients and allergens on every product where available.
Do you have halal sweets?
Yes! Our Gluten Free & Halal Jelly Mix is certified halal. Many of our boiled sweets are also naturally halal as they contain no gelatine.
What allergens are in your sweets?
Allergen information is listed on individual product pages where available. Common allergens in confectionery include milk, soya, wheat (gluten), nuts, and eggs. If you have a severe allergy, please check the product page or contact us before ordering.
Are any sweets gluten-free?
Many of our sweets are naturally gluten-free, including most boiled sweets, chocolate, and some jellies. Check individual product descriptions for details.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes! We supply sweet shops, cafés, pubs, hotels, and event planners across Ireland. Contact us for wholesale pricing on orders of any size.
Can I order sweets for a wedding or event?
Absolutely — we're a popular choice for wedding sweet tables, communion celebrations, birthday parties, and corporate events. Our bulk bags and tubs are perfect for large gatherings. Get in touch for advice on quantities.
Returns & Refunds
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. See our full Refund Policy for details.
